Rookie eupgrade question
It's been a few years since I've had the chance to use eupgrades so I can't quite remember how it works. When I log in it says I need to wait the 8 days (which I understand) but then under the 'credits' category it says 'not eligible for upgrade'. I feel like when I logged in a week ago to double check it told me how many credits I needed.
I booked under standard G and I'm 35K so I should be able to upgrade. Any ideas why it might be saying that?
