There is a similar (to GE) Dutch programme ... but it's not currently available to US passport holders RTP-NL registration for non-EU passports
Sorry of position, but 10 years ago if you had a GE, you could get a fast pass to Amsterdam (and vice versa). They stopped it but were supposed to restart it.
