I am booked in Y on a reward flight (using Avios via BA) in November between KUL and MNL. At the time of booking there were not enough reward seats in the J cabin for both of us.
MHUpgrade is showing booking as ‘possibly not eligible for upgrade’ . I’m hooing someone here may be able to advise if reward bookings are eligible for paid upgrades? If so, am I likely to need to contact MH directly? I do have a MH PNR that does return my booking on the MH site so it appears that MH are in control of the ticket.
Really appreciate any advice.
