In the original fare structure (before campaign and Light) there was a 'saver' type (SV) that existed only in W on shorthaul and ex-EUR longghaul. Only ex-Asia/US did this fare exists in R, Z, and O.
I think the Campaign type replaced the saver and the ban on W-only was lifted.
