That is not new. That was the rate, for that room, when the site went live for reservations. The only change is they have pulled back the 120K availability for the “standard” Beach Villa.

Standard BV? Ive only ever seen king beach villa with pool as the lowest room rate available. Do you have a link to a standard BV?
