Red face SAS - Business Class Smart Refundable?

Hi Everyone! I'm new to this forum but was wondering if any of you had insight into the refund/cancellation policy with SAS. I am traveling from LAX to Stockholm and would like to fly Business Class Smart. However, just in case something were to happen, and I needed to cancel my flight, would I be able to and get my money back or at the very least, be able to use the $$ on a future flight? I spoke to SAS customer service this morning and she was unable to help since I hadn't booked a ticket yet. She said I should book and then call with my questions. I have 24 hours to cancel if needed. I don't feel comfortable booking a $3,400 flight without having all of my options in front of me. Any suggestions or experiences would be appreciated. Thank you!
