generally I would much prefer that airlines offered more of their local cuisine in their lounges(and inflight) than bland "westernised" staples but of course there are exceptions

I remember when back in the 80s and AirLanka had just started up and when I was reconfirming my flight home in Singapore the staff asking me what I though of the food and i said it was a shame there was no Sri Lankan food and lo and behold they did me a special curry in the way home
I would be really surprised if they didn't have Nasi Lemak in the lounge for breakfast. That would be blasphemous
