It used to be busted wheels were free of charge after warranty, they didn't charge for any repairs during warranty period. Recently I needed four new wheels and a corner piece, cost me $30 a wheel, plus more for the corner piece. I think my repair was like $200! They had this nice luggage strap, chinese new year yellow and red, $350?!

Also they changed the finish of some the pieces, so now one of my corner pieces are mismatched brushed aluminum vs the other corners that are not; doesn't even look the same color.

Also seems all the colors are the same price now, aka more expensive.
