Rimowa tends to have a 5 year, essentially no matter what policy, especially if you take the bag directly to them. They may even do minor/cheap repairs after that and not charge as a matter of goodwill, but YMMV.
That was Rimowa before LVMH had move this far into integrating its acquisition of Rimowa. Is it still the way under LVMH’s hands-on management of its Rimowa property.
