So the aircraft change would mean I am not paying for something I am expecting. And bear in mind that for the same sector, flights offering on A330 and B737 have different minimum bid for upgrade to biz class, normally minimum bid for a B737 biz class is only half of the minimum bid for a A330 biz class for the same sector.
My question is, did MH compensate these passengers in any way because of this?
I had a brief read of their T&C and their answer is no compensation as long as they allocate you in the same class of cabin (i.e. biz class) regardless of aircraft type.
