Yes.

Why arent my AMEX points, each dollar spent, not being tripled when applied to BonVoy? Seems like they are being doubled.

What Amex card do you have? US Amex Membership Rewards Points transfer to Bonvoy at a 1:1 ratio. The Bonvoy Brilliant Amex earns 2 points per dollar of non-bonus spend.
