I took advantage of this deal last November. Between the hassle of dealing with multiple involuntary itinerary changes and LATAM’s failure to properly ticket my trip (which resulted in significant out-of-pocket expenses), I can honestly say it wasn’t worth it. The hard and soft products are mediocre at best, and the customer service is astoundingly terrible. Hopefully others have better luck than I did!
