Exactly right. Last year we were on a flight to Europe and there was some sort of medical emergency where they asked for a doctor. One of my thoughts was ‘oh crap, I have a connection in London and hope we don’t get diverted’. But basic common sense told me to keep that thought in my brain and far away from my lips.
The guy ended up being fine, connection made and trip was successful.
