If I book Orbitz, would the flights show up on HA's website in my itinerary, and would I be able to upgrade the seats there? Alternatively, I could book the LIH->HNL flight on Orbitz, and the PremEcon seat on HA's website. If first flight was late and we missed connection in HNL, would HA punish us?
