I am able to download receipts from MR and SPG properties, including past receipts up to about 3 months now.

All but one of my non-US stays have Rebook Now instead of Download, and that's a Canadian stay.

They also "fixed" the bug of receipts downloading with the wrong logo as they now have no logos.
