Damaged luggage claim process
Hi all,
Just needed suggestions or recommendations about claiming for damaged luggage process.
I recently flew with KLM from Singapore to Bali and had my luggage damaged.
I have since lodged my complaint and KLM has acknowledged my submission.
Question for everyone - who keeps receipts for luggage purchased. KLM is requesting for receipt of the luggage which I purchased 18 months ago.
Is there another way to file my reimbursement of this damaged luggage?
