I have had the lemongrass chicken quite a few times and it can really vary. I had it once a few weeks ago and they forgot the sauce, so it ended up being dry cold noodles with dry cold chicken. Truly horrible. Just had it on Sunday and it was delightful. It does help to add more lime squeezes on it.
I had it on Sunday from MSP-MSY, and it was pretty good with the lime and the sriracha chili oil that accompanies it. The only negative - mine was really, really cold. Probably just my preference but dang the first couple of bites felt like I was eating frozen chicken. I let it sit for a bit and ended up enjoying it. The cake was also very good. A good portion for a two-hour lunch flight.
