Returned in PP on LHR-SFO flight Saturday Feb9th.
I seem to remember having a fine premium meal in PP on flight from MUC to SFO
but last two time in PP have been economy food.
Maybe they tried to see how the service needed to be rolled out, got their info and went back to E+ till actual rollout?

just a theory.
