- flights marketed, but not necessarily operated, by Cathay Pacific or Cathay Dragon; and [SL, GO, and DM]
- flights marketed and operated by oneworld carriers [GO and DM]
I suppose there is a chance that they still allow you to enter the lounge, but please be aware that you are not entitled.
I don't think they would disallow you to use J check-in desk and I guess you can argue that the extra baggage allowance still applies because it only mentions "CX and KA flights" without specifying the marketing carrier.
