You will earn AM based on the CA chart here https://www.asiamiles.com/en/earn-mi...html/air-china and you are not supposed to be able to enter the lounge because https://www.cathaypacific.com/cx/en_...-POLO-CLUB_1_2 makes it pretty clear that it is only for:
- flights marketed, but not necessarily operated, by Cathay Pacific or Cathay Dragon; and [SL, GO, and DM]
- flights marketed and operated by oneworld carriers [GO and DM]
I suppose there is a chance that they still allow you to enter the lounge, but please be aware that you are not entitled. I don't think they would disallow you to use J check-in desk and I guess you can argue that the extra baggage allowance still applies because it only mentions "CX and KA flights" without specifying the marketing carrier.
