Multiple Rewards+ card allowed?

Regardless of the change in 24-month language, I presume that the "only 1 at a time" rule still applies to Prestige and Premium. I wonder if it also applies to Rewards+?

Correction: I wonder whether Citi would issue a 2nd Rewards+ card if I already had one without bonus?

I ask because Citi keeps encouraging me to convert my Preferred (currently my only TYP card) to Rewards+, and have resisted because I'd rather apply to get the bonus. I'll be clear of the 24-month in Sep, but would not surprise me in the least in Citi force-converted me before then. Either way, the lack of a max 1 rule would be relevant.
