Read back, someone posted the CS suggested him to hold on his certs and only convert it before expiration date so he would get almost a full year, versus convert it long before the original expiration date.

pretty sure many people on this thread are in similar positions, i.e. holding on OCs.

But if your certs are already in the NC form, then it probably is a tough uphill battle to get an extension.
