Because of the make up of Canada’s population, AC will be effected the most. US population is much greater. They don’t have a basic East/west flight corridor like Canada. US airlines don’t have the majority of their fleet operate out of 1 or 2 airport. The US has very different flight characteristics than Canada or most other countries in the world. Just as LH is greatly effected if FRA has weather problems or CX is HKG has weather issues.
