Mine were probably:

JFK-SFO-SIN-SFO-JFK for about 36 hours on the ground. There might have been a stop in HKG

JFK-NRT-SFO or ORD-MIA or RSW for 24-26 hours on the ground in Japan did this once a year for like 6 years

JFK-LAX-MEL-HBA about 3 and a half, 4 days on the gound then HBA-MEL-LAX-JFK

JFK-LAX-BKK-HKT then HKT-BKK-HKG-ORD-LGA. As I recall I left NY on Monday afternoon and returned Thursday afternoon for a Thursday night meeting in NY.

JFK-NRT leave Monday arrive Tuesday afternoon, meetings Wednesday
NRT-FRA-DUB Thursday morning meeting for dinner Thursday and all day Friday
DUB-LHR-IAD-JFK Saturday morning.

That same year I did
LGA-ORD-PVG about 3 days on the ground in Shanghai then
PVG-LHR- (by bus) LGW-FLR on the ground about 4 days in Italy then
FLR-LGW (bus)-LHR-JFK

Those were all business trips.

For mileage runs

LGA-CLT-LGW two or so hours at the airport then LGW-CLT-LGA
JFK-SEA back on the same plane in a couple hours.

Lots of overnights to London from NYC.
