This is completely a joke, Hilton will not pricematch to a rate that is MORE favorable:

Hilton rate: 23100 JPY -- Prepaid, non-refundable, including breakfast
Japanican rate: 15920 JPY -- Prepaid, refundable, including breakfast

Hilton refusing to pricematch because the lower rate is refundable.
