while I was checking my reservation over the last few weeks, I kept a record of which 777-300ER had the new Premium Plus seats. (as of January 28)

IIRC,United has around 20 777-300ER jets in their fleet... I only have records of 17 of them. 9 have new seats. So the chance of ending up on one of them is 50/50.
