When I try to make seat reservations on my upcoming flight, I get this error message on top of the screen:

And 'below' is no plane layout to be seen.
I already started a chat with support and they could reproduce the problem, but that is a week ago and it is still pending.
And what does mean
2 passengers are missing their frequent flyer number ? I don't have frequent flyer programs as I fly just Y.
Has anybody similar experiences ?
