EK seat reservation not working ?

EK seat reservation not working ?

When I try to make seat reservations on my upcoming flight, I get this error message on top of the screen:

Warning:
Sorry, we have a technical problem at the moment. Please get in touch with us(Opens a new window) for help. We apologise for the inconvenience.
And 'below' is no plane layout to be seen.
I already started a chat with support and they could reproduce the problem, but that is a week ago and it is still pending.

And what does mean 2 passengers are missing their frequent flyer number ? I don't have frequent flyer programs as I fly just Y.
Has anybody similar experiences ?

Try the Emirates App, sometimes the one or the other are being funny.

The message means just that, there's no frequent flyer number attached. You don't have to, but you can, even flying Y, I only fly Y yet I am Emirates Gold

Working fine here, tried two different accounts and different bookings
