I did it one on an idiotic mileage run a few years back.
One World was having some anniversary celebration, and several carriers were offering 100,000 mile bonuses if you flew on at least one paid flight with 5 or more partners.

I flew:
SFO - LHR on AA
LHR - MAD on BA
MAD - CPH on IB
CPH - ARN on AY
all credited to my Aadvantage

then
ARN - CPH on AY
CPH - MAD on IB
MAD - LHR on BA
LHR - LAX on AA
LAX - SFO on AA
on the return, all credited to BA except for the LHR - LAX (Aadvantage) since you don't get BA credit for Trans - Atlantic flights on AA

It worked out fine, although as GUWonder noted, BA tried to give the whole credit for the flight on their metal to AA... 200,000 bonus miles and a week in Sweden!
