I'm not sure how good of a deal this actually is (mods, feel free to delete if it's no good), but it's about $1-2k cheaper than the cheapest business class flights to nearby islands (on a good product, no less) and about $1200 cheaper than UA J to the same island. Maybe more of a (reasonably) cheap tropical vacation than a mileage run. Tempting...'

We went about 5 years ago. Interesting place.
The waters off of Aitutaki are incredible, but there is very, very little to do on the main island (Rarotonga) or Aitutaki. We got a bit bored.
