On that note, I'll be checking out Rosewood Hong Kong personally in early February, including rooms and suites (not staying there, yet).
It'll be a long way away before I make it to either, but both The Lodge at Blue Sky and Sonop intrigue me. The latter in particular because I've seen what they did with Phum Baitang.
