I think that Dancing Deer is served on short and medium flights with meals. The 1400+ mile flights usually have a plated dessert.
My last 3 meals have not had Dancing Deer but instead have had a Salt of the Earth Bakery brand "The Cookie" instead, which I preferred because a bit "healthier" size and calories.
