Question: We're flying LHR-MAD BA460 in J in May with a lap infant and our plane got swapped to a 777. The seatmap shows the J cabin from rows 10-15, but row 15 where the bassinets are is blocked both on BA and EF. In the past, I was always able to select these seats when I had the lap baby on the reservation. Is there any other reason these are blocked or should I just call in to get the seats?
