back in nov, i canceled a flight on Southwest and booked a cheaper one.
i have a few $ credit but i cant find it.
how do i find it? i cant figure it out!

i emailed southwest for help about my credit and they were USELESS!!!!
"In order to protect our Customers' privacy, our Employees are not permitted to release specific Customer information to anyone other than the Customer; the individual whose name appears in the record as initially requesting that the record be created; or the individual whose name appears in the reservation record as the purchaser.
