You may want to get the bonus of the other INK cards before downgrading. I am not sure if Chase will approve you for a card you already (have for the same business). There are DPs for being approved for the same credit card if you have a different business.

Why one year? If you are referring to the Credit CARD Act, doesn't the Act only apply to personal cards and not business cards?
