I am glad I stumbled on to this thread.
I seem to remember that in the 90s, pre-sleeper seat days, BA had a fight to Cleveland, via possibly, somewhere in Canada. It was business heavy as BP and ICI had large offices in Cleveland at the time.
Anyone else remember those flights?
Wherever it was, it was cold, and my 1st pyjamas did not keep out the cold when the door was open.
