It is drinkable although it says Brut, the sweetness is much more in line with an Extra Dry. It costs more than the Proseccos they were serving. I also think Prosecco tastes pretty bad when served too warm and a Cava, especially a slightly sweet one, is probably going to be more forgiving. So I'd like to think that's why they switched but my guess is it was $$$.
