I am a lowly FTL, but I have bid for an upgrade to PE. Last year I had 5 long haul segments on LH and I bid for upgrades (Y to PE) on 4 of them, all of which cleared. And on 2 of those I got an op-up to J. So yeah, keeping my fingers crossed.
