And FWIW, on domestic transcons, AA serves Prosecco in business class also; only First class gets Champagne, and not a particularly good one (it was Lanson black label for a while).
DL is curently using Lanson black label as their up in the air champagne in D1 TPAC/TATL. PDB is Prosecco, but I observed a FA open a bottle and serve a glass of the Prosecco during the first beverage service after takeoff on a TPAC D1 flight.
