BR began construction of a new office park in El Segundo in Nov. 2018 for their North American HQ. They will double the space they currently use at Pacific Towers (20,000 sq ft) and lease the remaining area out. The extra space will allow for greater localization of operations, thereby providing better service to the North American market. The new campus is called Alta, and will be managed by Eva Airways North America. The new development will cost them an estimated 1.7 billion dollars.
