Do you have to sign up for CLEAR at ATL to get the free trial or can you sign up at any CLEAR kiosk in any airport? The way the Hertz and CLEAR website make it sound, one can only sign up at ATL to obtain the free trial period.

I tried completing my enrollment at LAS a couple of weeks ago after registering for the Hertz promo online and was unsuccessful. The Clear employees there couldn’t figure out why the process wasn’t working, so they advised me to contact Clear support. I chatted with Clear support, and they told me they couldn’t see a reason why things wouldn’t have worked at the aiport. *shrug*
I’m guessing since the promo is so new, you’ve got to complete enrollment at ATL for now. Hopefully that changes in the near future.
