Just want to chime in, I felt cramped in 20A, the Premium Plus section. There is no cutout in the bulkhead, and of course you have to store your carry on bags. I probably would opt for 21 or 22 instead, but that's just me. I also agree that the outlet and headphone jack is in an awful, hard to reach location unless you're a little kid. I had to stand up from my seat to be able to plug it in.
