I'd plan 20 minutes from the Centurion Lounge to be airside T2, although sometimes T2 security can take longer than expected. AS might be boarding your flight at T-40 to 45, if your plane is there. If you want to eat, I'd be at the T3 security checkpoint at 5:30.
Yes, for a long stretch I never had to wait in any SFO Precheck line more than 10 minutes. T2 broke my winning streak, but I don't think I've ever waited more than 15 minutes there. I wonder if perhaps the American and Alaska passengers at SFO are for some reason more likely to be enrolled in Precheck than SFO passengers, generally.
