Yikes. A grungy part of town? I don’t think so. It’s a mere block from the W to the Boston Common. A mere 5 min walk to both the Ritz Carlton in one direction and the Four Seasons in another. Hardly grungy.

Upon checking out, valet missed our request to pull the car. This was at 4am so nobody else had requested a car. 30 mins advanced noticed as well. GM comped one night of parking ($60/night).

Not sure I would stay here again. Certainly expected more for a W.
Bellman and parking valet issues at 11 pm and 4 am? I think someone has lost some perspective. I think it’s great that you got some service recovery in terms of free parking. But I hope you find what you’re looking for. I’m not sure it’s realistic.

I’m quite surprised to see such a negative review of this hotel for such a fantastic rate of $120/night, too. It’s going to be very unlikely to find a hotel offering nicer rooms, location, F&B, and service (especially during normal operating hours for bellmen and valets) anywhere in Boston IMO.
