Recently completed a stay here and was rather disappointed.

Did 2 nights between Jan 2-4. Hotel seemed rather empty, but that is just speculation. Smooth check in process.
No upgrade. Got a room on the 6th floor. Front desk stated that the suites were under remodeling (but still bookable in the app?). Still would have preferred a higher floor though. Hotel rooms start on the 4th floor for reference.
Overall, a nice room. Modern and well maintained.

Plat breakfast was up to $28 so it was pretty much anything on the menu. Food was good.

Downside - subpar service. Checked in around 11pm. Asked for bell hop for bags. Valet unloaded bags, and there was no bell hop to be found. Did not want to abandon my luggage since there was no attendant in the lobby so pushed it up to the room myself. For reference, this was about a 15 mins of waiting for a bellhop.
Upon checking out, valet missed our request to pull the car. This was at 4am so nobody else had requested a car. 30 mins advanced noticed as well. GM comped one night of parking ($60/night).
Loud construction at the moment - Moxy by Marriott is being built across the street.

Not sure I would stay here again. Certainly expected more for a W.
Booked at a rate of $120/night. Cheapest I've seen it so decided to give it a shot.
