None as I am always driving at the other end on both work flights and family vacation flights. On the odd occasion I have had maybe 1 beer but this is rare.
I never drive after a long haul flight, even avoiding alcohol altogether and a enjoying a decent sleep I still find I am not rested enough or as alert as I would wish to be for driving.
