The quality of everything at Rossini's breakfast is excellent. Love the Iberico ham! And the chefs make fantastic omelets - last week the special was crab and river shrimp, and it was absolutely stuffed with crabmeat.
Unfortunately, the Jamón ibérico had been replaced when I stayed at the hotel in December.
