So assuming we move at 3 and take off 3:30 as planned that has me arriving at 11:30 ZRH which is 5:30pm YUL. My flight leaves 5pm.

AC has three flights after 5, two are selling no tickets. The last is selling Latitude only. And that was two hours ago.
