The last few days I've attempted to look at buy-up and mileage options for upgrades for some upcoming trips. Each time I try to look I get bounced back to a reservation screen that looks to be an older version of the website. I've not been able to get through to the upgrade screen despite the fact that the reservation page as it originally looks is offering me the option. Anyone having similar issues?
Are you attempting to do this on an iPhone or ipad? I've had issues, especially with Full Y Instant Upgrades where it would take me to the old screen. Logging onto an actual computer allowed me then to complete the transaction.
