I think I would save the hassle of getting the EWR-DCA segment added to your claim tag at CEB and just get it done at EWR since you'll have to collect your bags for customs anyways. The UA check-in/baggage drop area in B never seems to be too busy.

Thanks I assumed as much! EWR-DCA will be on a separate ticket so assume I'll have to check bags at Term A/C. Not sure the Silkair contract agents in CEB will know how to add the UA segment :-)
