International to Domestic Transit at SVO/Missed connection
Hello,
I booked my parents SU flights from HKG/SVO/LED with 1 hour and 30 minutes of transfer time in SVO. Just realised that they have to travel within terminals and recheck baggage. Can anyone share the experience and in the case of missed connection due to immigration/weather, are rebooking easy for SU agents in SVO?
